  • Make a List

    Write down 10 features you need and want in a home. Then number them 1 to 10 in the order of most desirable. This will help you from impulse buying and choosing a home based on one amazing aspect.

    It never hurts to look at a home more than once. It you think it is the right homed for you come visit it a few hours or a day later and try to find everything wrong with it. Make a list of these things and then decide if the home is still right for you.
