Ian holds a California Real Estate Brokers License, and is very determined and dedicated to suit any and all of your Real Estate needs. His focus is in residential property management, vacation rental management, multi-family properties and investment opportunities. He has been practicing Real Estate in Morro Bay since 2010. 

Whether you are looking to buy, sell, rent, invest or need management assistance Ian has the market knowledge to exceed your goals. He holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Redlands, where he prospered academically and was a four-year dual sport athlete in water polo and swimming. Ian is enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the current Real Estate Market and has lived on the central coast almost his entire life. When Ian is not doing something real estate minded he is very active in the community where he officiates high school water polo.
