  • Make a List

    Write down 10 features you need and want in a home. Then number them 1 to 10 in the order of most desirable. This will help you from impulse buying and choosing a home based on one amazing aspect.

  • Re-Visit a Home

    It never hurts to look at a home more than once. It you think it is the right homed for you come visit it a few hours or a day later and try to find everything wrong with it. Make a list of these things and then decide if the home is still right for you.

    Don't be afraid to make an offer, but keep in mind that you want to be comfortable and confident in you decision. Know your limit and stick with it. Don't become too emotional in a buy, and surpass your comfort level.

    CONGRATS! Your offer has been accepted and you are close to owning a new home. Start to do you inspection and be very thorough. Look at everything and know what your buying because you don't want any surprises later.
